Tuning & Pitch Correction

• Standard Piano Tuning — $100

  • Includes a fine tuning to standard concert pitch (A440).

• Pitch Raise & Tuning — $175

  • Recommended for pianos that have gone a significant time without being tuned. This involves an initial pitch-correction pull followed by a precise fine tuning.

Repair & Restoration

• Hourly Repair Rate — $50 / hour (plus cost of parts)

  • Diagnostics, action regulation, pedal adjustments, sticking key repairs, string replacement, and minor voicing.

Cleaning & Maintenance Add-On

• Deep Piano Cleaning (with Tuning) — +$30

  • Add a thorough interior cleaning (soundboard dusting, keybed clearing, and action debris removal) to any tuning service for just $30 extra.
